What does "0% platform transaction fee" mean?
ShopArk charges zero commission on your order GMV. 100% of customer payments go directly to your own connected payment accounts (such as PayPal or Stripe), with only standard gateway processing fees applied by the payment provider.
How does Showcase differ from commerce plans?
Showcase costs CNY 399/year: company profile, 20 catalog products, 5 content pages and public contacts. No live inquiries, chat or new commerce transactions.
Does runShopark provide a 14-day free trial?
Yes. When you create your first store, a 14-day free trial starts automatically (including 20 products, 5 pages, 200MB storage, 30 one-time AI points, 3 themes and 2 staff seats). There is no automatic charge when the trial ends, your store data is retained for 30 days, and you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Paid upgrades sync a complete license. Lower-plan purchases are blocked during an active subscription. Downgrades from binding, refunds or expiry take effect immediately, preserving data while restricting excess additions.
